Feature Overview

The Job Monitor provides a central place to track and manage the execution of Data Actions and Multi Actions. With this feature, you can monitor when an action was started, who triggered it, and whether it was successful, along with other useful details.

Key information available in the Job Monitor includes:

  • Start Time – When the action was executed.
  • Initiator – The user who started the process.
  • Status – Whether the action was successful, failed, or still in progress.
  • Logs – Additional details that can help with troubleshooting.

By using the Job Monitor, you can quickly identify and resolve potential issues, track dependencies, and ensure that actions are running as expected

There are four categories available for viewing jobs:

  • Main Jobs: Displays only the primary jobs that users run independently.
  • All Jobs: Shows all jobs, including standalone Data Actions (DA) and Multi Actions (MA), as well as individual DA steps within an MA.
  • Data Actions: Filters to display only DA jobs, including those executed as part of an MA.
  • Multi Actions: Filters to display only MA jobs.

Job Monitor also includes an advanced filter feature, allowing you to refine and view specific jobs based on various criteria. You can filter jobs by starting time, job type, job name, initiator, and execution duration, making it easier to track and analyze the jobs that matter most.

Additionally, when clicking on any Multi Action (MA) job, you can now view detailed information about the individual Data Actions (DA) within it. This eliminates the need to search for each DA separately, making it easier to track and analyze execution details.
