Overview
Starting with SAC QRC2 2025, the Compass Monte Carlo modeling tool allows users to use drivers to influence outputs like revenue, expenses, headcount, etc. Not all drivers support value configuration (e.g., they can’t participate in random sampling or dynamic value testing).
Compass provides the following Value Configuration labels
- Deactivated
- Restricted Drivers Attached
- Unsupported Aggregation Configuration
- 0 or Unbooked Baseline
- Mixed Currencies or Units
A new “Value Configuration” column has been added with specific labels, which help users understand which drivers are supported and which are not supported and why they are not supported.

Drivers not supported can be removed by:
- Selecting the Select Drivers icon
- Choosing Remove Drivers Not Supporting Value Configuration
