Activate and Deactivate Validation Rules

Feature Overview

You now have the option to activate or deactivate your validation rules as needed. If you deactivate a rule, it will not affect your planning operations and won’t automatically sync when the model is updated. This provides you with greater flexibility to manage things in a way that works best for you. Isn’t that great?

How To

While creating the Validation Rules, you can find this functionality as per the below snippet and activate/deactivate the Validation Rule.

Go to Modeler -> Model -> Workspace -> Validation Rules

There are two options for creating a rule, listed below:

  1. Create with Members
  2. Create with Existing Attributes

A Validation Rule can be activated or deactivated using the option highlighted below.
