Overview
Now story designers have the ability of adding a hyperlink to the button widget. Adding this new option is very easy and it does not require coding skills. The hyperlink can greatly improve the user experience, providing an easy way for users to navigate between different pages and stories.
Best of all, you can add the hyperlink in less than a minute. Let’s give it a try!
Steps
- Go to your story and open the left panel.
- In the left panel, go to the Assets tab and drag and drop the button widget to your page.
- Select the three dots and add a new hyperlink.
- Now customize your hyperlink. For example, to navigate between pages inside the story, select Page under Link to and then choose any specific page in the second drop-down.
- Click Done and save the story
- Run the story in view mode and click the button to see the result. In this scenario, the next page of the story should appear after selecting the button with the hyperlink.
