Feature Overview
In the recent SAC QRC3 update, a small but helpful feature has been added regarding welcome emails sent to new users. These welcome emails, which provide information and links regarding the new user’s access to SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Datasphere, were automatically sent out, and there was no way to disable them.

In the most recent update, administrators have been given the ability to disable these welcome emails for newly created users. This allows administrators to add new users without notification, reduce emails received by colleagues, and import mass users without filling colleagues’ inboxes.
By navigating to System -> Administration -> Notifications, you will be able to see the “Send Welcome Emails” toggle, as seen below:
