  • Improve performance by reducing the data volume shown in tables 

How to Apply Filters in a Story Table

Click on the table in your story

Open the Builder Panel

Under the Filter section, select the dimensions you want to filter by (e.g., Time, Version, Product)

Choose specific members to include in your planning view

  • When editing a version (public or private), your filters ensure you’re only changing the intended subset of data 
  • They reduce the risk of making updates across unrelated categories or time periods
