Signing In and Out

Learn how to sign into and out of the SAC Add-in for MS Office.

Within the SAP Analytics Cloud add-in there are buttons to easily sign into and out of your account.

Signing In

To sign into your account:


Select the SAP Analytics Cloud tab from the ribbon.


Click Sign In from the Sign in group.


From the SAP Analytics Cloud panel (located on the right side of the window and often referred to as the Designer panel), enter in your SAC tenant URL.


Click Go!


Within the pop-up window, you will need to enter your SAP Analytics Cloud username and password.


Once you have successfully logged into your account, you will be able to add a table or add a data source for formulas from the Designer panel.

Signing Out

To sign out of the SAP Analytics Cloud add-in, you can easily click the Sign Out button located in the Sign-In group of the SAP Analytics Cloud tab.


Once you sign out, you can no longer change your analysis within a sheet. You will need to sign in again from the Designer panel.
