Schedule and Deliver Story Content within the Email Body

Feature Overview

The Schedule Publication feature now allows users to include a preview in the email delivery option.

You will be able to choose between the following options when you send an email through the schedule publication feature:

  1. Attachment
  2. Attachment and Preview Inline
  3. Preview Inline

Option numbers two and three will allow users to see a preview of the content in the body of the email without having to open the attachment or the story. Previously, there was no option to choose between Attachment or Preview Inline.
