How long is the membership period?
Your all access membership period is for 1 year.
Can I access my courses after my membership expires?
You will need to renew your membership in order to continue accessing your enrolled courses.
Can I request a Refund of my All Access Membership?
You may request a refund of your All Access Membership within 30 days and provided that you have not started any self-paced courses.
Can I Temporarily Pause my Membership?
Yes! You may request that your membership be paused one time for up to 30 days.
How many courses can I enroll into at a time?
You can enroll into as many courses as you want to at any time.
What are Instructor Office Hours?
On Tuesdays and Thursday you can book up to 30 minutes of time with one of our SAP training experts to ask questions or seek clarification on the courses that you are enrolled into. Please note that this is not meant to serve as technical support for your organization. If you are looking for technical support for your SAC implementation, please reach out to our Experts-as-a-Service (ExaaS) team at exaas@analysisprime.com.
How do I receive a discount on Public ILT Courses?
