Role Definitions in SAC
SAP Analytics Cloud offers standard role templates to help define what a user can do:

How to Assign Roles to a User in SAC
Use the Security > Users screen to manage individual role assignments.

Navigate to Security > Users from the left-hand navigation menu.

Find the user you want to edit and click their name to open their profile.

In the Roles section, click Edit or Add Role.

Verify the update by reviewing the updated Roles section in the user profile.
💡Tip: You can assign multiple roles if needed. The user will receive the combined permissions of all assigned roles.
